National Economic Blackout day. People are set to protest rising prices on everything, from groceries to gas, rent, housing costs, you name it. It is a boycott of all major retailers, online and off. Supporters include John Leguizamo, Stephen King, and Bette Midler among many prominent others. The idea is to simply not buy anything! A full day of no sales will hurt the companies who do not support DEI initiatives, promote unfair labor practices, and those who endorse politicians who stand to gain from following the lead of the new regime.
